Brush specially made for oil painting made from synthetic mongoose hair. Synthetic brushes retain their shape better and last longer with good control. High-quality synthetic bristles from China, handmade in England for a strong brush that can be used frequently without loss of control and loose bristles. Mongoose hair has been imitated as closely as possible because it is an endangered species. The quality is therefore still available with bristles softer than pig bristles but stiffer than sable hair brushes.
