This versatile easel is adjustable in large angles, height and can also be adjusted horizontally as a table. Canvases can be fixed up to a maximum width of 138cm. Folds compactly into a manageable easel for efficient storage. The Barcelona is a much used studio easel because it can fix very large canvases.

Horizontal painting of long canvases is much more pleasant than on a staircase. The lowest position of a painter's canvas on an easel is often 40-60 cm above the ground, which gives canvases from 120 cm an extra challenge.
