Good study quality Greenleafs canvas cloths on stretcher frame including skewers covered with pure even 100% bleached cotton 280 grams/m2. The Greenleafs Light cloths are 140 grams/m2 lighter and the stretcher frame is 1mm thinner for a better price per 3 pieces. Still very good cotton cloths for a reasonable price.
The sides can be painted, cotton is stapled to the back. 3 layers of gesso have been applied resulting in a directly paintable medium fine structure.
Cotton is a soft, single-celled fiber that grows from the epidermis of the seeds of the cotton plant (Gossypium). These fibers are spun into threads and used to make soft, breathable textiles. The cotton fiber is twisted together with a rayon fiber and then woven into a high-quality piece of canvas. The coating is done by machine 3 times with a high-quality gesso. These cotton canvas cloths from Greenleafs are very suitable for study and hobby.
